This is the first harvest following the devastating Chamusqunia attack in 2023. Moises has retained only a limited number of Gesha trees and has since planted Chiroso, Sidra, and Laurina varieties. This Gesha show cases flavours of stone fruit, rose, and red berries.
Moises has been practising sustainable farming by eliminating the use of pesticides and utilising natural fertilisers, which provides homes for diverse varieties of pollinators. We have found over 8 different native bees within 20 minutes on his farm.
