Jamie’s washed Wush Wush isn’t a stranger. We have been showcasing this coffee every year! Grown on the highland at 1800 m above sea level, the farm receives morning mist and afternoon cloud cover, which creates a cool growing environment that allows the cherries to ripen slowly and develop a more complex flavour profile. The cherries are picked, placed in a sealed container, then pulped, washed, and rinsed with soft water to preserve their fresh-fruitcharacter. Finally, it’s dried evenly under the drying bed.
